Hiring me for your project, you will receive clear communication and expectations. All projects follow the same three phases:
Inquiry
follow-up, meeting, proposal development, proposal agreement, paid retainer for services
Production
planning, client review, plan execution
Deliverables
client review and revisions, contract renegotiation if needed, project delivered, final invoice delivered, invoice paid

Written contracts are necessary for all projects because they ensure clear expectations for both of us. Production begins once the retainer is paid.
